If it's rented through Blue Water Acres the revenue is split 50/50. If you rent it out yourself, you get to keep 100% of the revenue. Check-in is on Fridays at 4 p.m. ANNUAL maintenance fee for Deerview is $4,161 + HST. Core Week 10 starts on Aug 26th in 2022. Remaining weeks for 2022 are: Sept 23, and Nov 18, 2022.
